How many only-on-the-mainland things can you spot? I spy: Shoebox skybox under the cloudline, free-standing animated water prims, deciduous, coniferous, and palm trees all in the same shot, spinning real estate cube, unscaled side textures, untextured giant prims, terrible particle effects... I wouldn't have you any other way, Mainland.

I found this basically unmarked 512m parcel with a bunch of silent avatars on it. No search listing, no obvious commercial purpose. Just a bunch of what appear to be newbie avatars sitting on a wall doing nothing. Why?

The Blue City sim has their traffic bots scattered all over for some reason... perhaps to hide the telltale stack-o-dots on their world map. There are actually several bots surrounding me in this picture, but they're obscured by invisiprims...

Ah I was kind of stumped looking for this bot farm as the green dots on the minimap were giving false information. Found these avs at 4000 meters on the Quark sim. There are 86 of them.

I spent around $1,000 USD on some parcels in Bay City - Docklands over the weekend; land that I actually plan to use. This is the view from my new house, an intentional monstrosity perpetrated by scumbag Mike Pessoa. He doesn't live there; he's purposefully made his parcel as horrible and out-of-theme as possible to make people want to buy it just to clean it up. This is what happens when you have no covenants, by the way.

A bunch of scumbag, no-value, parasitic poobags bought most of the Bay City auctions so they could flip them at a huge profit. So far it appears they may have over-estimated demand. This flipper, Mike Pessoa, is trying to make his overpriced lot more attractive to buyers by... putting up an ugly out-of-theme house that's way too big for the parcel.

Interestingly, it appears that almost ALL traffic on Costa del Sol is bot traffic. I have found at least three bot farms on the island, and the minimap suggests there are more.

The traffic bots at Beyond Good and Evil run a script that makes them twitch left and right every second or so. It's like watching a roomful of half-rezzed meth addicts. There are 15 bots in this box, accounting for around half of this sim's traffic.

I've noticed an annoying trend with traffic bot farmers. They put security orbs around their boxes, as if they don't want people to know what they're doing to drive up their traffic. This is at around 600m up at the Beyond Good & Evil club at Costa del Sol.

I bought my first land in this now-hideous mainland sim. When I left the mainland for my first island I owned about 1/4 of good old Jeongam here. Now it's all shoebox builds, overprices, resales, and banlines. (To be honest, though, it was never a very pretty place.)

This is where I bought my first land on auction... I didn't know you could use Land Sales to buy new land, and ended up with a weird-shaped 1002m lot here. The sim is actually much prettier now. Used to be everyone elevated their land to max and put down giant grass prims. I know I did. *blush*

The only avatars in the mall are on dance pads. Can't tell whether they're bots as well. The camp chairs down on the dance floor are all disabled. Why does a mall as attractive and easy to navigate as this one need bots and campers? Ain't that just guildin' the lily?

There are at least 60 bots up here, which comes to around 86400 traffic per day. Too bad traffic doesn't really mean much anymore. I was wondering why these guys all seem to collect in the corners, but I just figured it out. They're scripted to fly a little bit every few minutes to stay online. That's why they're trapped in this pen, to keep them from flying away... it's also why they keep ending up in the corners.

theHood's Traffic Bots!

theHood always has stacks of greendots on the world map but no one's ever in their club/mall. I wondered why. Many meters up in the sky is a traffic bot holding pen. Any trespassers are automatically ejected once they near the cage. This is in the Robin Hood sim.
