. Interestingly it seems to me that SLU has taken over SC's niche and SS has taken the one formally held by SLU.

Actually, that "incident" is where I finally cut ties with any friendship I had towards Coyote, why she remains on my ignore list here and why I haven't had anything to do with her since.

Ruby ran over there and immediately began posting things that would put Coyote and Fatz in legal jeopardy from someone who has demonstrated themselves to be highly litigious and threatening. I made all of two posts over there clarifying that what Ruby was posting was not exactly true, on a board I hadn't posted on before and had no interest in posting on again, and a week later I found out-- not because anyone over there even thought to tell me, out of interests of politeness or otherwise, and when I hadn't even logged in during that week at all either-- but because someone found the old thread and saw my user title saying that I was banned. I didn't have to post anything on SS about it, I could've let it be and then waved when Coyote and Fatz got the same shit over there that Cris and I have been dealing with here since September. But I tried to be helpful, and that cowardly behavior was the reward for it.

It was a pretty stupid thing in my opinion since my interest level in that site is nill, but it demonstrated to me exactly the type of person Coyote is. And I'm happily uninvolved with her since.

Yes, what makes a forum good is the people, and with small exception everyone over there posts on the other multitude of forums as well.

Ah, yes. This was totally unexpected.

I wasn't the one who banned Josh from SS. Fatz was, without my input - which, considering he's the one who runs the board (and paid for it), is entirely his call.

However, after having thought about it (and received Josh's snippy email and PM here, in which he lambasted me for not answering him right that fucking minute - shockingly, I was away from the keyboard for longer than five minutes)... I wholeheartedly back Fatz's decision.

Should anyone else have a problem with the fact that Josh was banned from the board, they can kiss my big white fanny. From either the American or the British side.

Yes, it was so behind the scenes that I didn't even find out about it from anyone but a friend, and when I asked why Coyote's response was that she didn't have time for drama queens.
