| I'm baaack! After visiting my bank, and finding out what I was beginning to suspect (a humungous banking error), and being on the phone with San Fransisco for nearly an hour, I'm back! I have to say my faith in Linden Labs customer service is totally restored. The guy I talked to (same one both days) was extremely helpful and we managed to get it all sorted over the phone. Me and my alts are back online now. He's still yet to go through the accounts for the rest of the household but it shouldn't be long for them either, I'm hoping they'll all be back online tomorrow. When I logged back inworld I was surprised to see more L$ in my account than I expected. So I logged in to my transaction History and found "Linden Grant", an amount of L$ roughly equivalent to what I've paid for phonecalls, plus a little bit over. I intend to hold a celebratory party as soon as the rest of the family are back online, and you're all going to be invited.  |

I'd been logged in about 20 minutes and my house started to "flicker", like the prims were appearing/disappearing very quickly. Then it was just gone, along with a rug and a wall.. Thankfully its a mod/copy house with a rez-box so it was easy to put back. Made me wonder though. | |

OK, I had to insist a bit (on live chat) before I got somebody helpful but when I did, it was sorted fast, and pleasantly. I felt like a person, not a number. It was nice. And again... YAY!
