I just tried "PGP Desktop" (it's not freeware but there is a 30 day trial), but it doesn't run on Vista.

Also there is this :
PGP : Java Glossary

Which also I cannot run on Vista.

Hopefully someone can use one of those programs, I'm betting we punch the PGP text in as the message, and then for the PGP key use our hash-text?

(see the "PGP Hex Encoding" part down a bit under this - So I'd bet that our hash is the key...)
