Business: V-Twins Biker Outfitters Client: Firestorm | How To Handle Marketplace Enhancements Better Hi. I'm having issues now on the marketplace with a very simple thing and I'd like to know if someone has any better advice or suggestion. When I normally pay for an enhancement on the marketplace I always prefer not to renew it automatically for different reasons. First, because I don't know if that enhancement has increased sales and it is worth renewing and second because I seem to keep paying for something and somehow I have the feeling I don't control the money. During the last months I've been using a spreadsheet in openoffice controlling when the enhancement was due. So every day I had to open the file and check what enhancements were about to expire, check if they have expired correctly, connect to the website to download all the marketplace orders during the last month or 15 days, verify how many expired items had been sold to decide if the enhancement was worth renewing ... after all that work, renew and pay again for the enhancement. I was wondering if someone has a better idea about this. Since Linden tools don't seem very helpful, I'd like to know if someone has a better suggestion for this tedious work. I'm aware it is impossible that an specific software exists, but maybe someone knows how to adapt something like openoffice or thunderbird .. I don't know, I'm opened to suggestions. I think this could also be very helpful for other marketplace merchants. |

Business: Faerycat Designs Client: Firestorm | I stopped using marketplace enhancements when they failed to do more than cost me money. So I'm afraid I can't really help you. |
