My Mood:  | I can't help but wonder about ACS Dreamland and its drop from 7% to 5.1% in estate sim holdings. By my calculation, this represents about 470 sims. The Chung girls have in total, at least by my last count, only 185 sims between them. It makes me wonder if Anshe has some less obvious subdivisions elsewhere starting up, or, if she is siphoning them off to other Atlas members. EDIT ADD: Upon further speculation, I wonder if Anshe Chung is in the process of winding down completely, and is allowed* to do so if she keeps her name "alive" in SL. Thus, Jessica is marketing under the brand: "Anshe Chung Sims". *"Allowed" in the sense that transferring ownership of one account to another person is against the TOS. | A net loss of 21 regions this week on the Grid. Private estates lost 22 whilst Linden Owned gained 1 Total number of Main Grid regions is now 31575 ( 24793 private estates & 6782 Linden owned) 146 new regions were added and 22 returned to the grid, with 192 regions removed (29 were renamed and 1 came and went since last report) In what was a quiet week, Dreamland ACS removed 39 regions whilst Jessica & Miriam Chung brought on at least 25 and 9 regions respectively. There were no other significant changes in ownership detected, but there were a significant larger number of Moderate rated regions which reclassified themselves as General this week (see below) most likely to increase search visibility Breakdown of Host Server Classes by Ownership:

| A small net loss of 3 regions this week, all the net loss was amongst Linden Owned, with no change in total number of private estate regions. Total number of Main Grid regions is now 31572 ( 24793 private estates & 6779 Linden owned) 201 new regions were added and 23 returned to the grid, with 242 regions removed (42 were renamed and 8 came and went since last report) The ACS region shuffle continues with Dreamland ACS dropping 40 regions this week and Azure Islands a further 15 whilst Miriam Chung gained 20 and Jessica Chung 18. Two other potentially ACS linked estates (Jewels Islands & Lala Rentals) gained 10 between them. Amongst other estates the White Rose Estate grew by 10 regions, Dreamseeker Estates by 9 and Sao Estate by 8. The largest non ACS loss were 9 Regions from the Witch Islands Estate . The Linden Owned one would be Davis Gulf, a homestead form the old Teen Grid. It was a carbon copy of Battery Passage. Here's a last look at it:  Of the new: Blue Channel, Owens Beach, Shannavay, and Trinton are homesteads, each a part of the former Teen Grid Bay City, brought online this week to link that land to the existing main grid's Bay City. The first three surround Hau Koda. Trinton is a copy of Cape Haven, and placed accordingly with the former Teen Grid Bay City regions. Why they did not just wipe and rename Davis Gulf to one of the latter four, who knows? | |

| down 35 regions. That is one $126k linden seat to empty. Or divvy it up and subtract that amount from the pay of all LL employees. See this is why it is bad to outsource programming. You can't make them accountable until the contract expires. How about make LL pay dependent upon people wanting to stay and you can be damn sure a couple of things will happen. 1: primadonnas would quit (good) and 2: the remainder would be hustling to turn things around. LL needs some continuous quality improvement all the way around including personnel. |

| The so-called love machine is not quality improvement because it is not based on scientific method, does not involve +/- 3 standard deviation, and is gamed. It is more likely to develop a deficient culture that cannot improve without external people doing the heavy lifting. |

My Mood: | It was announced today to the residents of New England Village, that its 7 regions will be nuked by Linden Lab soon. These regions are, by memory which is faulty these days, but not that bad at the present moment: Sag Harbor, Watch Hill, Mystic, Nantucket, New England, Block Island, and Boston Light. In case anyone wanted to know, as this issue was discussed here previously. |

| This week the grid grew by 27 regions . Private estates grew by 23 whilst Linden owned went up by 4) Total number of Main Grid regions is now 31564 ( 24782 private estates & 6782 Linden owned) 136 new regions were added and 39 returned to the grid, with 157 regions removed (32 were renamed and 1 came and went since last report) The largest arrival this week was the return of the 21 Virtual World Best Practise in Education regions in time for their 2011 conference (17th March to 19th March) . Jessica Chung gained 13 regions as Azure Islands dropped 12. Earlier this week Anshe Chung was kind enough to contact me to confirm that the observed movements in different ACS estates was mainly for administration purposes and that the net effect was no change in overall holdings. There were no other significant changes this week I'd also like to thank the medium sized estate owner (who will remain anonymous ) who also contacted me this week and brighten up my day by asking if I could help with an embarrassing problem, it seems that during a spate of renaming and shuffling they had lost one of their homesteads. I'm pleased to say I was able to find the errant region and reunite it with the grateful Estate Owner  Breakdown of Host Server Classes by Ownership:
