| Need help selling my full sim at a very low cost I am looking for someone interested in buying my sim at a very discounted rate. 400.00usd With 2 conditions, the buyer keep the name of the sim and allows me to keep the parcel where my gallery is for one year. There are renters on the island and the buyer could maybe retain them, but I doubt the buyer would like my rental prices. Which means buyer would probably want to raise rental prices. It is as simple as that, and if you are truly interested in my offer. Please leave me a "IM". Look forward to hear from an interested buyer. Thanks Deadline July 20th to submit ticket (buyer is responsible for island transfer fee) |

| Hi, Lots of unanswered questions here. 1) How large is your gallery parcel? Are you willing to pay tier on it throughout that year? 2) What is the price per prim that the renters are paying? 3) What is the sim name, so potential buyers can look at it?

| Senior Member ![]() ![]() | Oh also $400 + "buyer is responsible for island transfer fee" is not considered a very low cost. Especially depending on your tier date. Let's say tier was due before the end of July then I'd consider that a pretty normal price for a second hand sim. |

| sorry, I havent seen any $300 full sims coming across the groups I'm in that are specifically for selling sims. I'd be buying them if they were ![]() $500-750 is the average right now witht he odd $475 one if the tier is due in a week. Edit to add that in the case of the OP's sim - it doesn't sound like much of a deal. Depending on the size of the parcel you want to keep, you want the buyer to pay the transfer fee & the tier is due in 5 days? $200.
