Oh? Posting here gives you the right to know what business transactions I have with my customers? How I treated them to their satisfaction and mine becomes everyone's right here because I've posted? Hm... I wonder what Joshua thinks of that one.

They weren't particularly happy that the Lindens reversed themselves. For the most part, my customers of the Z$ system were existing customers who have been appreciative of my efforts on their behalf in the gaming industry within SL.

Demanded? Grow some thick skin. Sheesh, for someone who puts themselves in the middle of controversy you sure have weak sauce tendencies.

I said IF you were the honorable person that someone said you were that you would refund ALL the money that people invested in you because you guaranteed something that was not delivered. And that not directly to you, but about you. Welcome to being a public figure in controversy.. that happens.

When you showed up I said simply "How about those refunds?" That was to you and was far from a demand.

The first comment not to you was a statement on what I see as the mark of honor. If you do not live up to that, that is on you and shows me your character based on my opinion of the right thing to do. Because you got your panties in a bunch so much over it shows me that you likely also know it is the right thing to do. Now, how you deal with it is your choice but there is NOTHING preventing me from stating what I think should be done or asking you if you are going that route. I am surprised my opinion mattered so much to you that you got so upset since I don't know you from Adam and I am quite sure you never heard of me either.

As to the second part of demand.. this is me demanding: I want to know what you are going to do in regards to refunds so tell me NOW. See, that is a demand. How about those refunds? That is a question.

Demand is something far from what I did. But in all honesty knowing your lack of character based on your skirting the laws and risking SL as a whole so you can make a buck I never expected you to refund the full amount or answer. You are about on par with the Central Grid guy, Frank Corsi AKA Jasper Tizzy, Cathy Rockstar and others. That guy can't make a direct answer to a question to save his life either.

Now.. go on back to whatever you need to do. I was not even going to respond to you again but because of your demand bullshit comment I thought I would try to clear it up for you. I hope you can now see the difference of a demand vs. a question.

The way I see it you should worry about the laws you have been breaking more then debating with a anon internet guy, but whatever helps you deal I guess.

Oh, and if you want to point out that things progressed from a question to me digging you for an answer.. that is true. I did get increasingly more aggressive about it. That was because people who hem haw around and avoid questions instead of just ignoring it if they are not going to answer it give me lulz to no end. You were trolled, sport. I never expected anything more from you.

Nah. It makes a crappy logo.

BTW, out of curiosity, what's that on your nose in your picture? I don't see any lenses, and it hints of those "breathe right" things (a weird product, but remarkably nice if you're having sinus problems RL). Considering our ... um... previous discusions, that probably sounds like I'm wanting to pick on you, but I'm not.

Yeah he's been posting on various forums using alt names about Zormid with garbage like, "Hey guys have you seen dis? its liek sooo cool! and LL says its legal!"

1. No, and I didn't say it did. I said you bragged up your flawed logic and LL connections and got called on it.

2. Then they shouldn't have let you convince them your flawed logic had a snowball's chance in hell of being correct.

3. Perspective is the difference; you apparently have none.

4. At least sex/bdsm toys are legal. And if your imagination is limited to gambling and wanking I can hardly wait to see what your next business idea will be.

5. L$6; more than you deserve.

You forgot "I'm from your government and I'm here to help you."

But, the burden of proof is on the accusers. So, which person posting on this is my alleged alt? (Not necessarily meaing you had someone in mind, Cincia, but I could use a laugh or two when someone spews out a name.)

A few snapshots taken at Aargle's place:

The last picture shows the only gambling machines i could find in that sim and they're apparently not functioning. The neighboring sim on the other hand is stuffed with Sl-ingo clones, board games and similar stuff.

About my friend, the former casino owner:
He's disappointed, frustrated and just wants to forget about this issue, so it's kinda hard to get any news out of him. He is definitely not a satisfied customer.
Most of his machines were not of Aargyle's design but made by a competitor, so Aargyle's involvement in his trouble is rather limited. Nevertheless, he had a small number of Z$ machines and judging from what I gathered, Mr. Zymurgy didn't leave much of a positive impression with him. But that's just my interpretation.

I don't know of any refunds.

Yeah, looks like the sim was cleaned out since I was there.

I thought the machines were non-functional but if I "touched" them the pay option popped up. Which kind of made me wonder why that was necessary.. cloud cover maybe?

Thank you, Jo.

I guess those machines just serve "demonstration purposes".

Just checked.. z payments are non-functional. Looks like LL did pull the plug. I also saw when I did a search for the Zorkmid a place for sale.

Did a search for gambling.. nothing comes up. That may have been that way all along though.

I wonder when LL will make the announcement? Of course they may never. I can see them sooner acting like they never allowed it then saying it happened to the public. The blogsphere should pick up on it so they can't though. Just so that someone else doesn't try this crap.
