If 666 Park Avenue is ABC's answer to American Horror Story, then they supplied the wrong answer.

Or you could have just gone to YouTube they've had several up since the movie came out. I just wish the Hulk would have talked more than that one short sentence.

I had lost interest in the Bond franchise until it was rebooted with Daniel Craig et al. I get so exited when a new one comes out. The strong acting and writing now, plus the usual exotic sets, the music, the action.

Also, Adele's song is great.

You see! X-Factor, X Has Got Talent… or whatever it was… serves a useful purpose after all!

I can't tell if I like niche shows or just have really bad taste. I've been watching the short-lived Witchblade TV show and it's pretty good. Helps that Yancy Butler is pretty smoking, too.

And now the Prometheus blu ray is being hyped up with advertisements saying "questions will be answered" through all the bonus content.

Hey asshole, maybe you should have made the movie as seen in theaters not be a garbled mess and answer its own questions through the flow of the film.

I guess there's more money to be made by scamming people into buying "necessary" back-story and deleted scenes though.

I have decided upon my guilty pleasure TV show for this season. It will be Nashville.

I'm liking this one also, and I don't like country music.

NBC cancels The Munsters reboot "Mockingbird Lane" but instead will be a stand alone Halloween special.

First Look: NBC's 'Munsters' Reboot 'Mockingbird Lane' | Photo Gallery - Yahoo! TV

Quote:
Here’s your first look at the “Mockingbird Lane” cast in character: Jerry O’Connell (“Sliders”) as dad Herman; Portia de Rossi (“Arrested Development”) as mom Lily; Eddie Izzard (“The Riches”) as vampire Grandpa; Mason Cook (“Spy Kids in 4D”) as werewolf son Eddie; and British newcomer Charity Wakefield as “plain” cousin Marilyn. And as you can see, they look a lot different than the original “Munsters” (inset): much more naturalistic, without a hint of the old-school movie-monster makeup. Honestly, we wouldn’t even know O’Connell was playing Herman if you hadn’t told us. (Though he does have a pretty nasty neck scar, as you'll see in the following photos.) And an Eddie Munster without a widow’s peak? Blasphemy!

I enjoyed the pilot, but I hope they step up the drama a little. It was kind of sleepy. Maybe it was just the country music putting me in a coma. Great casting though.

I really enjoyed Arrow a lot. I had not realized Greg Berlanti was involved, whose work I love. It was kind of The Dark Knight meets Nikita.

Wow, the pilot for the Beauty and the Beast reboot was pretty horrific.

Arrow was a little cheesy at times, but might have some potential.

A big factor for me is Connie Britton in the starring role. I've been a fan since Spin City.

Just got back from seeing Skyfall, the first Bond film I've watched since Sean Connery left the franchise. I went for the M-centric storyline and Judi Dench, but I came away impressed with Daniel Craig and the movie in general. For the genre, it's a solid mix of action, suspense, tech toys, humor, and did I mention it had a lot of Judi Dench?

It's also just gorgeous to watch. The photography was another unexpected treat.

All together I would have to say that I prefer the tone and treatment of this film to the earlier versions of the genre that veered into cartoonish, over-the-top antics. (There were a few tongue-in-cheek references to that past which made me laugh.) It's a darker, drama-oriented Bond, with just enough flourish and not too much.

My only complaint was the villain. I can't begin to describe how tired I am of psychotic villains being portrayed as polymorphous perverse with undertones of homosexuality. It is an abused, distasteful stereotype that dragged down that part of the movie into mediocrity.

Nonetheless, I'm glad I went. Did I mention Judi Dench?

Daniel Craig signed on for one more Bond Film. The next Bond after him is rumored to be a Black man. A sign of the times.
