It is a happy, happy day!

Tomorrow MSNBC will officially announce that talk show host Rachel Maddow will get her own show. Beginning Sept. 8th, 9pm.

I have loved her radio show for years, since her morning drive slot.

Rachel Maddow is a radio talk show host that has sometimes guest hosted Keith Olbermann's Countdown.

She is the epitome of rational, professional, competent, and delivers her show with a dry humor that I could listen to for hours.

Oh ok..once I saw the picture I recognized her. I've seen her once or twice while channel flipping between innings of the ballgames. Yeah even though I am to her right politically, she is sane and level headed from what I've seen. I used to like Olbermann, but he seems to have lost a lot of his sense of humor.
