Anyone else excited about this movie? I like Seth Rogan a lot. But anyways anyone know what that theme song is? I'm really starting to like it.

It's MIA, "Paper Planes". At least, the song from the trailer that I saw is. The official theme song is by Huey Lewis -- think it's called Pineapple Express too.

Anything that Seth Rogen is in is genius, either because he's awesome or because someone else in the cast is equally as awesome, so we're psyched about this.

And James Franco is in it. Mmm.

I need to rewatch superbad. I was high as a kite first time and can't remember any of it. Were waiting for this one too. Not out until August 8th grrrrr

Superbad is so fucking funny. Jonah Hill is pretty much the only reason I liked that movie and Knocked Up (aside from Seth Rogen).

I wonder if he's in this one, too.

Wow, three posts in a row.

Just got back from the movie. It's awesome.

Even if you're not into 'stoner' flicks, you should check this out. It's an awesome mix of action and Apatow comedy. And of course, tons of weed.

ooh! i like that song. i heard it in a movie trailer but didn't make the connection that it was pineapple express. id' like to see it. hard to tell from the very limited previews i saw but it could be funny.

Saw the movie today. It's very uneven. Starts out like Cheech and Chong and ends up like a bad Steven Segal film. Whoops, that's redundant.

Characters you kinda like keep getting hurt in cartoonish ways. The plot is as thin as a rolling paper. But there are a lot of laughs and the final scene makes up for most of the lame shoot-outs.

Oh and if you like homosexual innuendo, this is the film for you.

I kind of liked it. I'm not a huge fan of stoner humor (sorry, I'm the only person in the world who hates marijuana and would not be sorry to see it disappear from the globe) and I initially wanted to give the two main characters a good hard smack. Seriously, they were so stupid in the beginning to the point of being really irritating. But then when it desecended to an intentionally bad 80s movie, then it got my attention. It's a fun movie provided that you don't let little things like "logic" get in your way.

Great song, and the band Holy Fuck did a great remix of it too.

They're awesome.

Ah I liked it a lot. It was as good as I had expected it to be. I think it's easy to relate to the characters if you've ever known a 20ish pothead. I laughed a lot through the whole thing even if it was a really sappy part. I really liked it but I guess I'm an easy sell because I generally like all the movies these guys come out with and there style of humor.
