BBC NEWS | Entertainment | Doctor Who guru Davies steps down We must wait until 2010 but zOMG, this is bloody great news. Moffat wrote all my favourite episodes since DW was revived: The Empty Child ("are you my mummy?"), The Girl in the Fireplace, Blink, etc. YAY! Anyway, toodle-pip! |

On my 6th Mojito
| "Girl in the Fireplace" and "Blink" are indeed not only maybe the best episodes in the new Series to this day, but I'm gonna take a stand, and say they might belong to the best I've seen on TV in general for quite a while. So yes, that is good news. |

My Mood: SL Join Date: January 2004 | It's got to be a good thing, this current series isn't very good - the sooner Catherine Tate goes the better. My son (he's 5) loves it but I just can't here her talk without thinking "Am I bovvered" Plus the wasp episode (the one with Agatha Cristie) was probably the most ridiculous, tenuous story to get a famous person into an episode (something they like to do every series) I've seen. But then, I still think that Tom Baker should be the Dr |
