If you're in the UK it might be time to find another ISP... |

My Mood:  SL Join Date: Aug. 2008    | I assume you've checked all little things such as making sure the volume is turned up in Firestorm and on your PC. Have you made any recent changes on your PC like new drivers? Did it work in Firestorm before and now it doesn't? Can you hear sounds from games or winamp? If you're using a headset, have you set it up in the preferences?

I had an issue when stupid virus s/w reported the media as a virus and decided for me not to install that part. Have you checked your quicktime? Grab the latest version hard to help with so little information. |

Client: Firestorm.    | Ive seen several people reporting the same problem. It works in FS for me, but occasionally that plugin refuses to load on login, and Ive had to restart SL. However, I no longer listen to music streams using the viewer anyway. I always listen in winamp. It's more secure, and it sounds WAY better than through SL's shitty media plugin. |
