Can't stay logged in with the official viewer

I am on Win 7. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, deleting all the files in the app folder. It lets me log in and then boots me right back out. I can use phoenix, and firestorm. Any ideas?

The first step is to look at your connection and your SL location. Read Troubleshooting you Connection.

This is not just about your connection... it includes information for finding out if it is you, your ISP, or a problem on LL's side.

However, you may be having a video driver problem or a settings problem. Try setting the viewer to LOW graphics before logging in.

I will do that, but it's just odd that it only does it with the official version.

Client: I try all of them.
When you say you deleted all the files in the app folder, are you meaning in the usually hidden appdata file (which in turn has Local, LocalLow, Roaming, Temp folders)? Usually there is a folder for SecondLife in both the Local and the Roaming folders under 'appdata' . Also, if you have renamed the SecondLife appdata folder used by some of the TPV's for some reason, you may want to check that.

I just did it again, and deleted all folders and it's working again.
