CRASH CRASH CRASH

I keep crashing and sometimes I can't even log inI get the `error 13` message after the crash. I´ve tried the latest drivers, an old driver, new installation of SL, nothing helps.
What can be the problem: SL, Vista, NVIDIA drivers ???????????????????????

I use a NVIDIA 8400M GS. I loaded the last update.
I did install SL again.
I looked at "headfan" its 66

I don't know what to do anymore.
Idea's????????

Thank you all
Galad

Maybe if you post your full computer specs and go more into detail as to what exactly happens when you crash, someone can help

This is what I call crash on Start. Not sure about the error messages. If your computer has other problems I would suggest a proper registry checking tool and fix all registry errors. I use Uniblue Registry Booster. You can also manually clear your cache folder. Just plain delete it and that might help. See this article: How do I clear my Second Life cache? - Second Life Wiki

Clearing the Cache from Outside Second Life

If you're sure of what you're doing, you can also clear your cache manually. With Second Life closed, go to the appropriate pathway and delete all the files inside the "cache" folder.
  • On Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USERNAME]\Application Data\SecondLife\cache
    • Alternatively, you may use the environment variable %APPDATA%, to shorten this path to: %APPDATA%/SecondLife/cache
  • On Windows Vista: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\cache
  • On a Mac: /Users/[YOUR USERNAME]/Library/Application Support/SecondLife/cache
  • On Linux: ~/.secondlife/cache

Galad
The Zalman laptop coolers, while a bit pricey, work quiet well and are quiet
