Good news from the storefront

Well this weekend was the test run for my new electronic cigarette booth at the Renaissance fair.

I made a wholesale deal and ordered the minimum of 20 units. Mostly the low priced starter kits that I can sell for $25.00 a pop.

I sold out! Actually I sold all the starter packs, all the medium kits and all but 1 of the $65 high end kit that has a black cigarette tube and filters.

I have clay pipes and Hookah Shisha and herbal smoking blends too. Sold a little of everything so I'm really happy with the test run.

So today I spent 50% of the profits as well as the original cost and ordered more stock. Takes money to make money.

After gas and food and stock and all I came out with a profit for the weekend at Big bear and a bonus,,,,,

My 23 year old GF, yes I'm a 45 year old man with a 23 year old GF, want to do something about it? lol anyway, her lease is up next month and we found a nice little storefront in Big bear for $750 a month with an apartment upstairs and it looks like we'll be moving there to open a "No Tobacco smoke shop/ Coffee Shop" with a little stage for live bands and open mic nights. I'll be getting out of my friends garage where I've been living for the last few months, woohoo!, opening up a brick and mortar store and moving to friggin Big bear.

It's BEAUTIFUL there! I can't wait till next month, were going up to spend a week and look around just in case there's a better deal. never hurts to do research.

So things may be looking up! Everyone loves the electronic cigarettes and being able to try one before you buy one makes almost every pitch a sale. It's an exciting product so here's hoping! Plus smoking these costs less than half what cigarettes cost so you save money and don't die of cancer. What's not to love?

If I had the opportunity to purchase a $25 e-cig, I'd jump on it too. Have you considered an online store yet?

Congratulations on the success!

Thx! It is cool to have a product that saves lives and helps people save a lot of money.

Yes I do have an on-line store going but it's not quite finished. I have them up on a special section of my website (link in my siggy) for now but I have to finish a couple pages before I launch the full site and start advertising. This was just a test run and I had no idea the reaction would be so good.

I got the name E-Health cigarettes registered now so I have to redo the graphics too but I love that name. I'm selling healthy cigarettes! lol

The kit looks good too.

It's a good quality cig that takes a standard refill. All 4 e-cig brands use the same basic sizes.

Comes with a 110 v, a 12v, a USB charger and a bunch of refills.

Awesome!

Is this the one that you see in the mall? I know that some of them actually have nicotine in it, but some don't.

Yes it's totally serious and comes in 21 flavors and 4 levels of nicotine.
Actually 3 levels, High, Medium, Low and Zero Nicotine as well as the "Health" mix that has Gingko and Aloe and vitamins in it.

I honestly smoke mine 75% of the time I want a cig and I'm saving about $30 a week.

My main brand is the e-cig but these $25 a pop starter kits are e-Health brand. I don't have them on the website yet. They will be replacing the "Sample Packs" that I sold out of.

What exactly are you inhaling from these things? Is it proven safer than cigarette smoke? Are there new and different chemicals involved that haven't been tested yet for health affects?

It's a battery powered electronic device. No you won't get shocked but it will probably quit working. How often do you dunk your I-Phone? lol

Read the about page on my website. The full technical details are there but basically the only chemical your breathing in is Propylene Glycol and the flavorings.

PG is on the FDA's GRAS list (Generally Recognized As Safe) of food additives. It's the same stuff used in theatre and club fog machines but we're talking a miniscule amount.

3 drops of the prepared liquid is equal to about 6 cigarettes worth of smoke and contains less than 0.4 Milliliters of PG.

The FDA has said "Smoking anything may cause cancer" but to compare these with the carcinogens in a cigarette is like the difference between 5 Gallons of milk and a drop of milk.

They do deliver nicotine if you wish but it's still not quite like a real cig. I still smoke 3 or 4 cigs a day along with my Blazer.

The big issues with the FDA and the N-Joy brand is they (N-Joy) are claiming it does not cause cancer at all and also the Flavors are being blamed for targeting children and trying to get them to smoke.

I only sell to people over 18, I never say they won't cause cancer, only that they are much much better for you and won't kill you anywhere near as quick. You'd get more cancer causing chemicals dancing in a club with 2 fog machines for 3 hours than smoking a pack a day of these for a month. Those fog machines burn quarts of 85% pure PG a night. This uses less than half a drop per 6 cigarettes.

Plus the other benefits such as no stinky smell, no fire, no tar, no buts, no ashes or ashtrays, no second hand smoke and you can smoke them almost anywhere.

GRAS is for eating, not for inhaling. There's no GRAS list for inhalation.

This is still way safer than actually smoking though.

Anyway enjoy your profits while you can. It's just a matter of time until the healthists get around to banning them.
