My Mood: | I seem to be full of problems lately. Sorry about that! Picnik seems to have changed the way their app works, and I can't seem to get in to edit a photo directly from Snapzilla the way I could before (clicking on the "edit original image" or "edit copy of image" links). When I click on one of those links, I just go to a generic homepage, and my image is not accessible in the tool. I've tried setting up a Picnik account, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. Is there some new trick to pulling the image into Picnik to edit it and then saving it back to Snapzilla, or do I need to edit the files offline first and then add them into Snapzilla? Thanks |

My Mood: | I generally use Chrome. I have it set to clear out history and cookies when I close the browser, so maybe there is some cookie I need to keep? Here's one of the images: I just tried it in Firefox, and it works there. So, it is either some sort of Chrome thing or something about the way I have my browser options set. |

My Mood: | I see what's going on now (well, after a fashion). In the content settings panel, I had " Clear cookies and other site and plug-in data when I quit my browser" checked. I don't know why that should affect things while I still have the browser open, but it seems to be what was interfering with getting Picnik to load the picture to edit. When I uncheck that option, Picnik works as it did before. I don't know if this is a bug in Chrome or if this the result of some update on Picnik's side. Thanks |
