Havent done much photography at all lately, but I took a bunch and have started uploading some to Snapzilla too. It's tough I know because you don't want to be a carbon copy of Flickr but they do have some nice features. I'll do some more uploading and make a bit of a list but a few things really stood out to me when I uploaded a pic just a few days ago....

I was impatient and didn't fill in the meta data stuff, location, description etc. Thinking I'd do it later. Well I cant find where to add the location, after the fact....

I agree that the pages are rather cluttered and that some information is best suited to the detailed picture page. Then you could display a larger preview of the actual pictures

The idea of people being able to customise their "home" page would be popular I think. Being able to set the number of columns, size of the pics etc that a person sees when they click on the avatar name would be really nice. Nothing fancy like themes and backgrounds and all that horrible stuff, but perhaps being able to choose whether to display x number of most recent pics, or their album front covers for example. That would be nice I think.

When forwarding pictures to Flickr could the sim name with a slurl as link info be put in the description? so something <a href="slurl">sim name</a>

Also somewhere explaining how you can send tags with pictures, or if we can't, a way to do that. And of course use those tag when forwarding the pictures to flickr too.

PS: I like the more compact look that winter mocked up.

You can send tags to Snapzilla by using the name field on the postcard - replace Frans Charming with comma delimited tags and they will come through. Tags already do pass through to Flickr. I will add the SLURL option when I have a chance. Thank you for the feedback.
