New Forum Feature - Enhanced Forum Jump

I have added a new feature to make it easier to navigate the forums and also create new threads. At the top right of the forums, next to the New Posts/My Posts/iSpy links, there is now a Forum Jump menu. When you click on it, it presents a popup directory of the forums with direct links to each one. Additionally, next to the forum name, there is a + icon to quickly create a new thread in that forum, and the latest post > icon to quickly jump to the latest post in that forum.





I added the new thread functionality to the menu to replace the previous quick thread functionality which was interfering with the forum jump at the bottom of the forum (which remains there for those that use it).

I'm trying to be careful not to add functionality just for the sake of adding it. I have found as the forums have grown larger, I have to go through a lot of steps to navigate to create new threads or to go to another forum quickly. The stuff I am adding is to try to make the forums easier to use.
