Today's unexpected downtime was caused by one of the major components of the site repeatedly crashing. I did some research and found that this product is apparently known to have crashing problems in its latest version and they could not provide a release date for an update, so I removed it completely and purchased a different product.

This will hopefully solve the intermittent 404 errors and stability problems that have come up on the new site. I also took the time to remove some unnecessary plugins from vBulletin, since it has also been problematic. Thank you for your patience - I know the server transition has been bumpy.
