Forum additions

I've made a couple of adjustments to the SLU forums. I have installed a modification that causes signatures to only be displayed once per page in a thread - so if the same person replies multiple times, their signature is only shown once. This is for ease of reading and to make signatures less intrusive without needing to turn them off.

Two new forums have been added - one for real estate classifieds and another for incoming members of Second Citizen, as that forum is closing this evening.

Finally, I added a tab for the Arcade to the Dark SLU skin (the blue skin has its own link) - most people were unaware of its existence, but check out the forum arcade - they are just silly little games really (and it can be glitchy about score saving from time to time, so don't take it too seriously) but some of the games are fun little distractions.
