I managed to miss it completely, but my six year rez date was on May 16th (SLU will be six years old as well later this year). I wanted to take a moment to thank all of the people who have been there from the beginning, and those I have gotten to know along the way.

While at times I spend much more time doing stuff for Second Life than actually in it, SL still manages to fascinate me. The best part has definitely been the people, though. I never, ever thought I would be involved in anything this long. It's been a crazy, wonderful, frustrating, humbling, exciting and incredibly interesting six years.

Now everybody out, I'm leaving to play the Sims 3.

PS - if you wonder why my SL join date says Dec 2002, it is because technically, it was. This is my second account but I did not use the first one very much because I hated SL initially.

That's awesome! Not only did stick with it for 6 years which is pretty damn cool just on it's own, you spent a good deal of that time making it better for the rest of us both with your freindship and with all the cool tools like Snapzilla.
