Thai Chicken Wings

Description
A spicy appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
  • 5 pounds frozen chicken wings
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped jalapenos
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
No prior preparation is required.
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 F (or 200 C)
  2. Place chicken wings on a non-greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning once, until golden brown.
  4. Move to serving dish/platter.
  5. *** Sauce ***
  6. In a medium skillet saute garlic and jalapeno peppers in olive oil until soft.
  7. Add chicken broth, fish sauce, paprika and sugar.
  8. Add cornstarch and let thicken.
  9. Stir all together and pour over crispy chicken wings.
