| Description: i threw this together tonight as i was too tired to make Bieroks (recipe for those to come later)

| Time: 20 Difficulty: 1 Serving Size: 1 cup | - 1/2 lb of pennette (small penne) pasta (well 1/2 lb dry....then cooked)
- 1 jar of Porcini & Portabello Mushroom with Napa Valley Merlot Pasta Sauce
- 1 can of organic diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 - 4.5 oz bag of Hormel Picnic Bacon Crumbles
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- dried parsley & basil

| Preparation: |
- boil the pasta according to package directions. drain the tomatoes
|
| Instructions: |
- once pasta is cooked & drained, i tossed it back into the pot, added the other ingredients and let it sit for a bit for the flavors to mingle. i think a can of chopped olives added to this would be fabulous as well.
- served with a mixed green salad dressed with homemade balsamic viniagrette.
