Extra Flavorful Mashed Potatoes

| Description: This is my favorite way to make mashed potatoes

| Time: about half an hour Difficulty: Easy Serving Size: serves 6 | - 7 red potatoes
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- 7 small chicken boulion cubes
- salt
- pepper
- butter (or margarine)
- milk

| Preparation: |
- chop up the potatoes into small cubes, leaving the peel on.

| Instructions: |
- Cover potatoes with water, so that the water level is about an inch above the potatoes and set it on high heat on the stove to start it boiling.
- As it's starting to boil, add all the boulion cubes
- Sprinkle about a tablespoon each of garlic powder and onion powder right into the water
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper into the water
- Cover and let boil until potatoes are soft
- Drain liquid and smash the potatoes with a potatoe masher
- Keep mashing while adding butter and milk until creamy
- And you're done, yummy flavored potatoes, no need for gravy, but not overpowering. Perfect served alongside chicken.
