Mock BBQ Sauce

| Time: 20 minutes Difficulty: Easy Serving Size: N/A | - 18 oz of tomato paste
- 3/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 TBSP of molasses
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of sugar (white or brown, whichever is your preference)
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt (use whatever you have, this was just what was right there)
- 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp of hickory salt
- 2 TBSP of Worcester sauce
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of ground clove
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp of allspice
- 1/2 tsp of dried mustard powder
- 1 TBSP of dried garlic or garlic powder
- 4 oz of water

| Preparation: |
- Have a washed out bottle with a lid ready. I use the one that once housed my store purchased BBQ sauce.

| Instructions: |
- Whisk the tomato paste and apple cider vinegar in a medium sauce pan.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except for the water.
- Simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Whisk in the water slowly to the consistency of ketchup.You may not need all of the water.
- After bringing it back up to a boil, take off of heat and add to your bottle using a funnel.
- Store in the fridge, enjoy
