Because it makes it's own crust, and I don't think anyone can really screw it up. LOL

Other:	Ingredients:
Time: 1 hr 5 minutes Difficulty: Easy Serving Size: 8 pieces	1 cup sugar 1/4 cup margarine 4 eggs ½ cup flour 2 cups milk (or 2 cups of water and 6 tbsp of non instant dry milk) 1 cup coconut 1/4 tsp salt ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
Gather your ingredients, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and make sure your blender is clean
Instructions:
Add ingredients to the blender Blend Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch pie pan Place in preheated oven for 1 hour Take out and cut Serve warm for a quiche like lunch or serve cool or cold for a pie.
