| Description: I am eating this now as I type it. It's either a quickie fake enchilada, or it's a plated saucy burrito, it's whatever you want to call it.Plan it for a night when you have some type of leftover meat, chicken, pork, beef, whatever. I had about a quart size ziploc baggie of pork leftover from a pork roast I did in the crock pot a couple of nights ago. |

![]() Yea my daughter looked at it and called it a "restaurant style burrito". It's not copying, it's just being inspired by. | |
