Easy Spinach artichoke dip

  1. 8oz of cream cheese
  2. 8oz of pepper jack cheese
  3. 1 small jar of marinated artichoke hearts
  4. 1 box of frozen chopped spinach
  5. garlic (preferably fresh/non-powder)
  6. Vegetable Oil
Preparation:
  1. ingredients:

  3. 8oz of cream cheese
  4. 8oz of pepper jack
  5. 1 small jar of marinated artichoke hearts
  6. 1 box of frozen chopped spinach
Instructions:
  1. defrost chopped spinach (if using frozen package)
  2. if you are using fresh garlic, place in pan first with a teensie bit of vegetable oil to bring out the sweetness in the garlic
  3. cut pepper jack cheese into cubes and place in pan on medium heat. Stir until melted.
  4. add cream cheese and stir until well-mixed (i usually use a spoon to break up the block of cream cheese first to speed up the melting process)
  5. drain the jar of marinated artichoke hearts (but do not rinse) and cut into smaller pieces.
  6. add chopped spinach and marinated artichoke hearts and stir occasionally until well distributed and warm.
  7. use chips or toasted bread slices to dip

LUL at your tags. Also this is very delicious. We pick up the artichoke hearts from ALDI and they are extremely flavorful without being overbearing.
