- Full sim (65536 sqm) parcels,
- Sold for 1L$ each,
- If your reserve the sim in advance (by paying us 3000 L$), you can choose your sim name, provided that it's a generic name (no "John's island"),
- Tier 7000 L$ per week (25.5 USD), minimum payment 4 weeks,
- Land resell allowed on demand after 12 weeks,
- Join and subdivision allowed on demand,
- Loose covenants,
- No estate manager rights,
- Full terraforming rights (sim delivered with simple flat land, you make you own design).
