A while ago, Lexxxie started talking with our friend Danika Knelstrom (the owner and designer for Danika Designs) about maybe making some custom outfits. While that never happened, we did end up with another joint business venture together:

Danika Estates!

Second Lifestyles Estates will be working with Danika Designs to manage a unique group of sims catering to her customers and folks who like those who wear her clothes. These will be very special residential only sims; the first one is now open, and it connects to Dani's club and mall. You can live lag free in a residential sim and walk to some of the coolest dancing and shopping in SL. How's that for a sweet deal? The Danika plots are specially priced, so take a look at them for details. Be sure to read the covenant before getting one!
