~ Monthly Agreement ~

* If you plan to move out, we suggest a thirty-day notice so we can list and rent the property to someone else.
* Tenants who engage in unlawful activity on, related to or associated with the rental property may be evicted immediately without refund; follow SL official rules and you'll be fine.
