These are tropically themed Sims and structures. Approximately 75% of our terrain textures cannot be found anywhere else in Second Life! Our terrain textures are from our own photographs taken on a trip to Hawai'i!

We operate our own business and galleries at Vulcania Estates! You will always know where to find us and how to reach us, in Second Life as well as Real Life!

of the tenant's choosing.

*We will keyword every prim we own on the parcel to your specifications to optimize your
business or gallery in Search Listings.

* Tenant can rename the parcel and provide their own description and picture in the
"About Land > General" and "About Land > Options" tabs.

* Tenant can create landmark directly to their gallery/shop.

* Group land radio included with each rental. Tenant (and partner) added
to operator list or radio can be set to group or public access. Stream URLs
added to radio notecard upon request.

* Tenant controlled hippoSECURE units included with ALL rentals if desired
(not recommended for galleries/shops).

* Tenant controlled sign with rental (tenant can add texture
and a LM and/or Notecard to be given out on touch). Landlord
will provide additional controllable signs and resize to suit
at no additional cost.

* "Set Home to Here" ability for Vulcania Estates group
members.

* Group only rezzing rights on all parcels.

* Structures on Kanaloa Marketplace can be modified (within reason)
to suit tenant's needs. One partner can be added to each rental property.
