The classified forums on SLU are provided as a courtesy. Lately, I have noticed an increase in real estate classifieds that are flooding the forum. As such, I have come up with two simple policies regarding these ads.

1) If you have multiple properties to list, put them into the same thread. Do not create multiple threads at the same time. Be respectful of not flooding the forum with threads all at once.
2) Do not use all caps in your thread titles. These classifieds appear with other forum threads, and all caps are incredibly distracting.

Failure to follow these two rules will result in removal of ads without warning, and repeat offenses will result in banning for spam.
