__OPENSPACE SIMS RENTALS INFORMATION__

we offer Openspace sims sales/rentals in whole or in part, attached to estate or slightly away from it.

The Barbary Coast Estate is a mixed community where old world meets new world. The general theme is sailing, from war galleons fully equipped for sea battles, to sleek schooners for modern racing. We try to make sure that all sims are sailable.


Openspace sims come in many flavour:


++ _On estate_, we will be renting third, half, or full sim. Usualy, rentals only, do not have setup fees. But if you wish to terraform yourself, have full rights on your parcel, even name the parcel to your liking, a setup fee will be added.

+ 1/3 sim have 1200 prims.

+ 1/2 sims have 1800 prims.
setup 0L (13000L for full rights)
tier 14400L/month

+ full sims have 3600 prims.
setup 0L (25000L for full rights)
tier 28000L/month

(note: These sims have 150 prims kept to allow anyone sailing through them - terraforming can be adjusted also)



++ _Out of estate_ sims, have no restrictions. We will put the sim online, and you do what you want with it. Terraforming/sim design available for a fee.

+ full sims have 3750 prims.
