The Barbary Coast Estate is located within a confederation of estate owners. Our estate currently offers 9 sims for residential, commercial, and sailing needs. All sims are sailable. More on the way.


__BOAT SLIPS RENTALS__

We offer different slip sizes to dock your boat/sailboat. We can also set you up to a mooring buoy if you wish. Rental price is exclusively calculated on prims you require. No setup fees.

We have slips for small boats (30 prims or less). These can be simply rented by paying the rental box, and asking us for a group invite to rez your boat next to it.

Larger slips are set up for 150 prims. Please contact us if you need more prims, or have a very large ship to dock. We will accommodate your needs.
