5120sqm land located in Bhima. This is flat, roadside mainland, overlooking an island and the ocean in Lebeda, to the south. Located along the southern coast of Second Life's second continent, this area is rich in history, and is near other major SL businesses such as Bits & Bobs and Abranimations.

Roads here are fully developed and can be traversed through much of the continent, allowing for great experiences found while exploring.

The parcel in question is oblong, and in an 'L' shape, the long edge of which faces south towards the passing road. It also tends to see a lot of traffic back and forth on the road, so this may be a good location for someone seeking commercial land, though the land could really be used by anyone for anything I guess

The land is currently being used as a redirect point for all folks who had older landmarks to my store and there are still trees/prims there. Current conditions of sale are such that objects on the land are not purchased with the land, however I would be willing to toss in what trees that are there as part of the sale upon request. The sale also includes 512sqm of land that is a bit farther inland, which was purchased at one point to handle additional prims.
