Scientology loses Second attempt at a restraining order against Anonymous. I liked this quote:
Quote:

In the case Allan ruled on, the church was using a process usually used by women who are in fear of their abusive husbands or boyfriends.

GlossLip » Florida Courts Throw Out Church Of Scientology’s Second Request To Block Protests On Saturday
But here is what I think will be a taste of things to come:
Quote:
In a strange coincidence, around the same time as Judge Baird’s ruling was given, the report of a suspicious package was reported by the Church of Scientology at one of its local St. Petersburg orgs. It has since been detonated using a remote robot device by a Tampa Bay bomb squad.
Contained in the package was a “Bible, clothing and personal items.”
Not found, a healthy does of skepticism and a dollop of irony.

So in order to covince the public that Anonymous really *IS* a scary dangerous threat ... Scientology is wasting taxpayer dollars and law enforcement's time by detonating bibles and t-shirts.
I really hate to say this but I think it's just a matter of time before the CoS plants a real bomb somewhere in the name of anon.
ADDED: Another great article on this news:
MND: News and Commentary Since 2001 » Church of Scientology denied injunction against Anonymous Quote:
WN Do you believe the threats the Church mentioned in the injunction filing came from members of Anonymous?
Anon: No. They have a history of fabricating these things, and I have no reason to believe this is any different a situation.
...
WN Do you view this as an attempt by the Church to stop peaceful protest against them?
Anon: Absolutely. They've used the courts to stop free speech before, they're doing it again. Public protest draws attention to the Church's human rights abuses, so they'll do anything to stop them.
