Well it certainly wasn't a leak to either CNN or Fox News..

All kidding aside, if you count it as a 'leak' it was most likely done with Roberts consent and involvement given the information and tenor of the 'leak'.

Given his conservative background, I find him admirable in putting aside any initial 'gut reaction' rejection of the affordable healthcare act and actually come to a conclusion contrary to that gut reaction.

To me it speaks volumes as to quality of character of the man.
