Ummm, it's not in the video, but the picture at the top of that article shows Nuge on stage and looks like he's pointing an assault rifle at the audience. Every gun is a fucking loaded gun. Even if you've removed the magazine, there could still be a bullet in the chamber. Even if you've got the bolt pulled back and the chamber open, you still treat it as a loaded gun. And you do not point any gun at anything you do not intend to shoot, so why the fuck is he waving that rifle around like that, pointed horizontally. And if it was taken in a studio, that's still no excuse because 5.56 NATO rounds can easily penetrate the walls of the studio.

Also, ah, that C-mag on the rifle might be illegal in some states, since there's little reason for a civilian to need a 100-round magazine.
