I think I've agreed with every word Elizabeth Warren has ever said on any subject ever!

Warren endorsed the idea of an executive order from President Obama that would require companies doing business with the U.S. government to have LGBT-inclusive non-discrimination policies for their workers.

“Any steps that the president can take toward non-discrimination benefit the whole country,” Warren said. “I don’t know how else to say it. It’s the right thing to do.”

That's right. Humans on this planet have some very serious problems to solve, and we can't afford to sideline some by making them second-class citizens. We can't turn down contributions from anyone--we never know who might come up with the solutions we all need.

Yeah, that does seem to be the unspoken rationale for hierarchy-based-on-demographic-traits, for many. (And most probably lack the self-knowledge to realize it.)

Interestingly, people who do that have horrible self esteem - they have to ruin everyone else's to feel good about themselves. o.o I'm glad I'm not quite that bad.
