Aimee - on the one hand, you have a quiet, sun-drenched vacation in RL on the beaches of NH. On the other, you have exchanges of electronically delivered textual messages between people - some of whom you may have met in RL, others you haven't.

Is there an conflict or discrepancy between the two?

I'll ask that you show your calculations, and justify your conclusion.

You are so right. Sorry about that. I don't mean to sound like a "yes man."

New Hampshire beaches are pretty cool, but there isn't many of them, and they are usually pretty crowded. Maine beaches are beautiful though.

Oh but there is Portsmouth. I love Portsmouth.

You know, calculations and stuff are pretty important ... but when you really wanna think about quality of life type stuff, nothing beats good ole fashion heart n soul.

As for why I'm not on the beach right now, it's almost midnight and we just finished a beautiful thunderstorm.

You mean the whites of Anderson Cooper's eyes? They are brilliant white. Like an angel.

Your memory is short, my child...

I'm alluding to Mr Chance Abattoirs classic PWNage of Kevn in '05 on the old off topic on LL's boards.

I am saddened.

I shall go weep now

the sky only appears as blue to us because our eyes are not as sensitive to violet and ultra-violet light. From what I remember, it actually has higher levels of that part of the spectrum than it does blue (we just can't tell).

Wow. The sky is beautiful on so many levels. Even the scientific ones.

But Anderson Cooper's eyes? There's deep mystery there.

I got one.

Patrick Stewart.

Monument to sensitive masculinity, or first gay Star Fleet Captain?
