Let's see, "circumvent prosecution". That's doing things like, say, obeying the law? Circumventing prosecution by not doing something illegal is bad?





It sure would be handy if criminals would be helpful and just commit obvious crimes instead of obeying the laws so that we could just toss them in jail for good.
