Foreign Policy In Focus | Christians United for Israel and Attacking Iran

This disappoints me beyond belief. This is also a group founded by Hagee. Sound familiar?

That is the pastor that supported McCain. But he quickly separated himself to avoid the negative press.

Should be "Christians United Nationally Together, See?"

But, yeah, Beau, this is one of the problems I have with the evangelical movement as characterized by people who genuinely want more death and pain.

If they want to attack Iran, why don't they just pack up their guns and do it themselves... Yep, I thought so...

Gee that sounds familiar.

Did McCain get his kids baptized by that pastor? Or maybe get married by him too?

Nope, but McCain actively sought his endorsement.

You're missing the point here. They would indeed pick up rifles themselves if it would bring about "Armageddon" sooner. Right now they need countries to do things so they are political. These wackos are actively working to bring about the end of the world. Be afraid, be very afraid.

It seems to me that its more like more of the same. Fight the big fight, but use other people's sons, daughters, husbands, wives, etc.

Not at all. They need major events to occur and just picking up rifles and going to war themselves won't have the effect they want. Who has to die, even if it is themselves, is irrelevant to the goal of the final days.
