-Already guarantees gay marriage in all 50 states
-Already guarantees the spirit of the Equal Rights Amendment
-Makes the 19th amendment redundant.
-Makes Abortion irrefutably legal.

The fact that the Supreme court will not recognize this should be grounds that the sitting justices be impeached.

I believe that Congress should either declare war or else rescind the Approval of force in Iraq.

The War Powers Act should be amended to limit how long the US can fight conflicts without a formal declaration of war.

All this nonsense about letting our Economy dwindle because we don't want to drill domestic oil needs to be re-evaluated.

Nuclear Power plants need to be modernized and all this NIMBY crap needs to be bulldozed.

Same goes for new Oil refineries

We need about 3 formulations of Gasoline, not over 30

The tax benefit for alternative fuels for automakers needs to be doubled.

The EPA regulations and Cafe requirements need to be adjusted for Modern technology and realistic performance not what the EPA under the Clinton and Carter administrations said they could achieve. Maybe take the lead from Europe.

We need to withdraw our troops from Saudi Arabia. They can afford their own.

Using sexism against any woman hurts all of us. The same way that using racism against a candidate from the other party hurts all individuals of that race, and indeed, hurts all of us in the long run.
