lol, uh.... white boy likes thick chicks, news at 11?

He's not the only white boy who admits this anymore, this isn't news.

Black and Latino men have preferred "curves" forever, I guess that makes them the most feminist men on the planet? Or they just have different "beauty standards" more like. "You're too skinny and NO BOOTY".

What rubbish.

I'm sorry but you are wrong. You're putting thoughts into my head that were never there. And being overly judgmental to boot. You're right about one thing though. There is no point in continuing, when you aren't being heard.

There's no point in not listening when people are talking, either.

Let's drop it, rather than spoil the whole thread (just a 'Yes' or 'No' answer will do)

I don't see a yes or no question.

Yes, you "heard" what I said but you did not listen.

Hearing is simply the act of perceiving sound by the ear. If you are not hearing-impaired, hearing simply happens. Listening, however, is something you consciously choose to do. Listening requires concentration so that your brain processes meaning from words and sentences. Listening leads to learning.

Most people tend to be "hard of listening" rather than "hard of hearing."

Reminds me of those facebook couples that tell each other "I love you" over facebook posts. I always want to tell them to shut the fuck up. You aren't special for telling your wife I love you on facebook and nobody really cares about your attention whoring.

As others have mentioned, this guy is confusing sexual preference for feminism. It would be like someone praising how much they love their trans spouse's 'extra' bits. Its also not exactly ground-breaking to find a 'curvy' woman beautiful when those curves are literally what turns that person on, nor is it all that taboo in today's society to date or marry a 'curvy' woman.

As far as size, she is not really all that 'thick' or 'curvy' on a barbie comparison. I can't really see her struggling in the dating game all that much due to her size. She is fairly high up there for looks, imo, nice high cheekbones, a nice sized and shaped nose, great smile, and its hard to tell, but she looks to have nice eyes and eyebrows.

Hes not all that fit himself and looks rather like he has more of a dad bod, minus a pronounced beer gut. I really don't see anything that puts him out of her league. Nothing that suggests he could get a much hotter and thinner woman with ease. So I am not sure why it is a big deal that he is attracted to her ever so slightly thicker body frame.

He may not be adding to society's problem with women's body image, but he isn't really helping it with his cry for self-centered attention, either.

The Yes or No question is simply are you going to keep rattling on like a garrulous windbag, or can we agree to disagree ? While I understand it might be important to you to 'win' on the internet, it isn't to me, so I'll respond no further.

I must be the one in the wrong since I am female, don't know my own mind and must be told what to think and do since for nearly 58 years I've managed to survive all by myself.

If that was the point of Third-Wave Feminism, I'm pretty sure Mr. B wouldn't be allowed internet privileges.

I'm laughing because I had the same reaction the first time I ran across that pic on Google image search. Panty lines under thin white shorts and all.

Ever since my mother said something about panty lines to me when I was young, I've had to add that to the "list of things to be self conscious of".

Meh. It's easy to get rid of panty lines when you don't wear any. Just saying.
