Feature: Ignore Forum

As the site continues to grow, I have added more specific forums to help encompass topics that people regularly talk about. A benefit of that is that similar threads are kept together in the same forum instead of intermixed with other topics. This also gives users the option to ignore forums that have topics they are not interested in. After ignoring a forum, the threads and posts no longer appear in New Posts, Search, or on the forum list. They will still appear on iSpy - unfortunately, that is a third party addon that doesn't pay attention to ignore settings.

To ignore one or more forums:

- Go to User CP
- Select Edit Options
-Scroll to the bottom, to the Miscellaneous Options section:


- Hold down the CTRL key and click on each forum you want to ignore.
-Save Changes

-If you want to stop ignoring a forum, select Reset Exclusion and save. You will then need to reselect any forums you do still want to ignore.
