Before the upgrade to 3.7, I added the ability to add your Twitter ID to your profile, which would then show your latest Twitter activity in your profile. The feature is now back and improved. If you already filled in your ID, you don't need to change anything. To enable it in your profile, fill in the Twitter ID field in Edit Details in User CP. The Twitter section appears in the right hand column:

It is a weird combination between IMs and a group blog. You post a short message to it, and that message appears on your Twitter page, along with the pages of anyone who is following you. So what you end up with is kind of a combined, slow moving group chat. I have found it much more useful with a third party application like Twirl.

Just like an IM, it tells you who it came form. It is a strange thing this twitter.
