Tried everything from FB to google drive to host this somewhere but gave up and am just attaching it. Taken on my Galaxy S7 Edge using the selective focus setting. But apart from that no pixels were harmed in the making of this pic.

And it looks like there are more tinybuns on the way! This expecting mother's busy shuttling consignments of straw back to the nest - not that that stops some bucks from engaging in chases..

Nikkor 300mm f/4D AF-S, bought used in 2010. Affordable, light enough it's fine for handheld use all day, and fabulously sharp.

I asked because it is sharp. I may look at adding one to my kit.

Indeed. It's one of those delightful rare lenses where even on a 24MP crop sensor, every pixel really counts. I've given up on my TC14E, as I wound up feeling it just wasn't really necessary, given how tightly I can crop down, plus the one stop hit.

It lacks the flexibility of, say, the Sigma 150-600mm, but on balance, I think I'm best off with the reasonably wide aperture at 300mm. Unnoticeable chromatic aberration, too. (Unlike the Tamron 28-300mm I began with.. oy vey =

Not a moment of intense action - just a young sibling helping out with a quick spot of grooming. ^_^
