Verification Code for OpenLife?

So I've heard about Openlife and wanted to check it out. I've tried registering a couple of times but it never sends out the verification code in an email like its supposed to.

Anyone know how the hell I can actually get an account?

Thanks.

Try a different email account. Even if you do manage to get the verification code, good luck in ever getting support if you need it.

Send a message via MSN to Dawny Cinquetti Daviau
There has been some problems for new users to register in the beginning of November. If you try it now it would work.
If not IM me here or send an email to dawny.openlife@gmail.com and I help out.

It's a good place, just don't expect it to be as populated or as advanced as SL....yet.

Recently I registered an avatar there at someone's request. Well, recent being in the last two months anyways. Verification was no problem, but after a week the website didn't accept the login even though the avatar was logging inworld. Repeated attempts at contacting via the website feedback and supplied email address went unanswered as did IM'ing Sakai inworld. I've had avatars registered there before but they seemed to go poof into the great unknown, and no one has any answers, and I can't re-register the names as they're not available. Since closing the doors to other browsers etc, it's become a dismal user experience. Inworld may be fun for some, but support totally blows.

Hmmm..well, I've been there for 10 months I think. I must be lucky, because I haven't had any more issues than in SL. Just different experiences I guess.

I had the same problem, now can't register my SL name there. Send a number of emails and not got no reply back from any of them. Google searched Openlife Grid and that made me think customer care is a big problem in Openlife. So I gave up and tried OSgrid.

Try InWorldz. I watch all accounts and will email you if your account does not get approved. Normally this is just the email going to spam.

I can also say we have more actual working features than OSgrid or OLG with more on the way fast. No cost to upload, currency is active, script engine has had some major fixes, etc.

InWorldz is quite serious about becoming an alternative to Second Life. Since leaving behind updating our code from Opensimulator we have steadily progressed towards a more stable environment.
